We provide the most suitable product according to the applications such as liquid injection molding, adhesives and coatings, and potting gel. Fluorinated Anti-smudge Coating Excellent surface characteristics, such as water/oil repellency, anti-smudge property, removability of fingerprint and low dynamic friction, can be obtained when very thin coatings with Shin-Etsu’s fluorinated products are applied onto various substrates. In addition, we provide additive-type for hard coating according to customers’ applications. Pellicles Shin-Etsu’s provides high quality pellicles, protective dust cover of photomasks for ArF and KrF excimer laser lithography in production processes of semiconductor devices. Furthermore, we succeeded in commercialization of super-large-size pellicles for LCD panels. Optical Isolator Shin-Etsu’s optical isolators are effective in all optical wavelengths including WDM. We implement vertical integration of its entire production system for optical isolators, covering every process from processing of raw materials to the device finishing process. In addition, we succeeded in eliminating lead from its optical isolators that comply with the RoHS Directive.
