Optical Isolator / Faraday Rotator
Shin-Etsu Chemical is an early pioneer in achieving lead-free garnet crystals used in Faraday rotators for optical isolators, and developed products compliant with the EU RoHS directive. In addition, we have established an integrated production system covering everything from manufacturing the garnet crystals to assembling the isolators, supplying high-quality optical isolators suited to high-speed communications demanded by generative-AI data centers and other applications.
